Terms and Conditions — za9999 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and za9999 ("za9999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at za9999.biz. By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any bet on za9999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

To register and use za9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

Za9999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction and the suspension of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on za9999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any payment method details required for deposit or withdrawal processing. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Za9999 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of standard compliance procedures. You may be asked to provide:

• A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of your registered mobile number (for Easypaisa / JazzCash accounts)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits above platform thresholds

Za9999 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 15 minutes for verified accounts
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 30 minutes for verified accounts
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 2–4 hours during Pakistani banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 banking days depending on issuing bank

General bonus rules that apply across all za9999 promotions include:

• One account per promotion: Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household address and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (stated for each promotion, typically 10× for standard bonuses, 5× for VIP Diamond members) before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real money.
• Wagering contributions: All game categories on za9999 contribute 100% towards wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses carry a validity period (typically 14–30 days from the point of crediting). Unused or partially wagered bonuses expire at the end of this period and are removed from the account balance without replacement.
• Cashback bonuses: Daily cashback credited under za9999's standard cashback programme carries zero wagering requirement unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, bets exceeding Rs 2,000 per round or spin are not permitted on any game. Bets above this limit placed during an active bonus wager will not count towards wagering progress and any winnings from such bets may be voided.

Za9999 operates betting and gaming across multiple categories. The following general rules apply to all game types on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Za9999 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of clear technical error originating from the platform itself.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure during a game round or bet settlement, za9999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.
• For live cricket and PSL betting, odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled.
• In-play PSL betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice — during wickets, boundaries, player injuries or other significant in-match events. Any bets placed while a market is in the process of being suspended may be cancelled at za9999's discretion.
• For live dealer games including Teen Patti and roulette, the dealer's decision and the outcome visible on the live camera feed is final. Any dispute must be raised within 24 hours of the game round occurring, after which za9999 will review the recorded session footage.
• Za9999 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game. Games may be removed or temporarily unavailable due to provider maintenance or technical issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on za9999. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or navigate the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such winnings are considered void and must be returned
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering or any use of the za9999 platform for criminal financial activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, particularly in live dealer tables
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or bypass deposit/withdrawal limits
• Sharing your za9999 login credentials with any third party and allowing others to operate your account
• Using the platform in a way that disrupts the experience of other players, including harassment in live chat features

Za9999 cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities when legally required to do so. Player account data and transaction histories may be disclosed in response to valid legal requests.

Za9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated against za9999 by the account holder
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory or legal requirements that make it necessary to restrict the account

If an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance within the account will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. If the account is cleared, the balance will be returned. If a serious violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Inactivity policy: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit or bet activity occurs for a continuous period of 12 months. After this period, za9999 may begin deducting a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 from any remaining real-money balance. Players will be notified via email or SMS before any deduction begins. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in — all tools and account features will be fully restored immediately.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting za9999 support. Any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned via the original deposit method following standard verification.

Every za9999 account has access to the following self-management tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period to take effect.
• Session reminders: Set a time limit per session after which za9999 will display a reminder prompting you to take a break.
• Reality check: Regular on-screen notifications showing your net position (total wagered minus total winnings) for the current session.
